 * Hello friends. First of all, I must say that your plugin is awesome, really helpful.
   Unfortunately, I have a problem with it.
 * I’ve set a Member Profile Custom Template for Profile Pages, and it works really
   good. The problem starts when we try to access any other page of the Profile,
   like the Groups of that Profile, or the Settings (Profile edit, notification
   settings, Data export…) Every page shows the design I’ve set for Profile Page,
   and not the content of each page, so Groups, Notifications or Profile Editing
   are unaccesible right now.
 * If I deactivate BuddyBuilder, everything works OK with that pages. I am using
   GeneratePress Premium and Elementor Pro.
 * I don’t know how to solve this. Thanks for your support, and sorry for my bad
   english.
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fproblem-with-various-pages%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * [@johnweru](https://wordpress.org/support/users/johnweru/) I’ve deleted your
   offer to login to your user’s site. While I know you have the best of intentions,
   it’s forum policy that you _not_ ask users for admin or server access. Users
   on the forums aren’t your customers, they’re your open source collaborators,
   and requesting that kind of access can put you and them at high risk.
 * If they _are_ paying customers (such as people who bought a premium service/product
   from you) then by all means, direct them to your official customer support system.
   But in all other cases, you need to help them here on the forums.
 * Thankfully are other ways to get information you need:
    - Ask the user to install the [Health Check plugin](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/health-check/)
      and get the data that way.
    - Ask for a link to the [http://pastebin.com/](http://pastebin.com/) or [https://gist.github.com](https://gist.github.com)
      log of the user’s web server error log.
    - Ask the user to create and post a link to their `phpinfo();` output.
    - Walk the user through [enabling WP_DEBUG and how to log that output to a file and how to share that file.](https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/)
    - Walk the user through basic troubleshooting steps such and disabling all other
      plugins, clear their cache and cookies and try again (the Health Check plugin
      can do this without impacting any site vistors).
    - Ask the user for the step-by-step directions on how they can reproduce the
      problem.
 * You get the idea.
 * We know volunteer support is not easy, and this guideline can feel needlessly
   restrictive. It’s actually there to protect you as much as end users. Should
   their site be hacked or have any issues after you accessed it, you could be held
   legally liable for damages. In addition, it’s difficult for end users to know
   the difference between helpful developers and people with malicious intentions.
   Because of that, we rely on plugin developers and long-standing volunteers (like
   you) to help us and uphold this particular guideline.
 * When you help users _here_ and in public, you also help the next person with
   the same problem. They’ll be able to read the debugging and solution and educate
   themselves.

 * It looks like the error occurs by using Dynamic Content of Elementor with Advanced
   Custom Fields.
 * The line 36 of the acf-gallery.php archive is:
 * `list( $field, $meta_key ) = Module::get_tag_value_field( $this );`
 * What can I do? Thanks a lot!

 * Hello. The Steps I do are:
 * – I have Custom Fields (with ACF Plugin) for User Profile. This fields are text,
   image and link fields.
    – Using your plugin, I make a BuddyPress Profile Template
   using Elementor Pro and Dynamic Content with those Custom Fields. The Dynamic
   Content is: Image (Background Image and Avatar, I am not using the BuddyPress
   options), Button (call button with the user number), Maps (displaying their location
   from the custom fields) and content (some custom fields showing directly with
   the text editor widget or title widget)
 * I have tried to use your Elementor widgets for avatar and Background Image, and
   the BuddyPress options, but it doesn’t solve the problem. Also I have tried to
   delete the Google Maps, and nothing, but now I have some new Debug Errors:
 *     ```

 * Hey there,
 * Thanks for sharing these details.
 * I just tested this from my end and I’m actually in a position to add custom fields
   with ACF plugin and have them rendered on the member profile. I’m also in a position
   to edit profiles and view the notifications section on the member profile template
   with no issues at all.
    In this regard, may I ask which version of Elementor,
   ACF and BuddyBuilder plugin your site is running under. Also, could you please
   try testing this out using a default WordPress theme such as the Twenty Twenty
   theme.
 * I look forward to your reply on this.

 * Hello friend. I have just tested it in a fresh WordPress Installation, with Twenty
   Twenty Theme. I have only installed and activated the required plugins to make
   this work (Elementor, Elementor Pro, BuddyPress, BuddyBuilder and Advanced Custom
   Fields, I only have this 5 plugins installed and activated) and I have the same
   error that in the main site, the template displays but I am not able to access
   editing profile, messages or notifications. Here is an image with the plugins
   version and wordpress version:
 * > [View post on imgur.com](https://imgur.com/a/V9Pj5gT)
 * I have installed all the latest version of this plugins, and working on the latest
   WordPress version.
 * I have tested exporting my template and importing it on the fresh install. also
   have tested creating an empty template with ACF, or a 1 simple widget template(
   with no ACF, only text) and it doesn’t works. Here you have a screenshot when
   I am trying to edit my profile, and it shows the Member Template (with a template
   without widgets, empty). Also shows the Elementor Debugger’s information
 * > [View post on imgur.com](https://imgur.com/a/amW0s4f)
 * Activating debugging mode, it doesn’t show any error, and debug.log is not created.
 * I was thinking that a plugin was causing this error, but after this test I really
   don’t know why it isn’t working.
 * Sorry for my bad english, and thanks for your help.

 * Hi, can you put a screenshot on how your profile template looks in edit mode?
   I recommend to start with one of our ready made templates.

 * Hello friend. I have found the problem, and was caused by me and the things I
   want to do. Sorry. I wasn’t adding the Content widget, and it doesn’t works if
   you don’t add it (my mistake, sorry 🙁 ) I was trying to make a custom BuddyPress
   profile, and I don’t want to show the content of the profile page (things like
   display name or see profile), but is necessary to show the other content (like
   edit profile, groups)… Sorry again for my mistake.
    Btw, I don’t want to show
   that content (content widget) on Profile Page, I want to show it on the other
   pages but not in the front of profiles. and I don’t know how to hide the content
   that I create on Profile page on the other pages (without using css, this solution
   isn’t possible on the profile pages by other causses). On the edit profile page
   for example, I don’t want to show the text content created with ACF, the Google
   Maps widget… Is there a way to make this possible? If is a Pro feature and I
   can make this possible with the Pro version of your plugin, please confirm it
   and i will buy.
 * Thanks a lot for your help

 * Hey there,
 * Sorry for the late reply.
 * With respect to your request here, I’m afraid the plugin does not provide an
   option to control the visibility of fields within the content widget used on
   the member profile endpoints, as of now. This would require some more complex
   development work. I will go ahead and leave this thread open for a while in case
   anyone else wants to chime in.
 * Kind Regards
