Problem with variation products – WooCommerce

I am having issues with the product variation on one of my products. I had a product before which I duplicated. That product originally had about 9 colors but I only need 2. When I duplicated the product I was left with the 2 colors I wanted, and I also wanted to add another color. When I went to go see the final product, the 2 colors were there but the new color that I added was not available as one of the options. I was wondering why that is and how I can fix it? When I edit it, the product attributes and variations are all how they should be. When I choose to add a new product completely, the variations of anything s not available. And everything started when I wanted to add variations when I wanted to add 200-300 variations to a product. Please I need urgent help to solve this problem.
