Something happened to my woo. When I add a variable product, the clear selection button does not work, and in the console I get errors when working with a variable product (change options for example). I tried installing a clean theme and Woo on it, and everything works fine there. What wrong and how can I solve this problem? * I’m use Porto theme and WooCommerce. All versions is up to date. Thank you for you reply * I’m just try to change theme to TwentyTwenty and all work fine. * But earlier I got answer from Porto Theme support and on clean installation Porto Theme works too: “I told in the last ticket to contact woo to check the difference between theme hierarchy because that clear selection functions work only properly when your variations are set or working correctly. If there is any issue then js of that function is also affected. When clicking the clear button, the _VENDOR CODE_ will be reset to _n/a_ and when clicking the _Add to cart_ button the error message _Please specify product options …_ is visible. * I also see that when clicking the clear button, the first option is still selected. All functions work properly. * Theme support told me that: “Your products have attributes that are not even available in your woocommerce backend”. Is there any way to check this? * Or may be reinstall woo? Then how can goods be transferred from one installation to another?
