Can you give me file products/photocrati_nextgen/ modules/nextgen_addgallery_page/static/plupload-2.1.1/i18n/ru.min.js from your installation used for screenshot? Because /plupload-2.1.1/i18n/ru.min.js in plugin repo have incorrect format. I decode few language, like Portuguese and Italian, and they dont have any problem.
