 * I use User Pro plugin in my site and when I active your plugin, I can’t access
   login page for entering admin panel.

 * That plugin may be changing the Login URL. Such plugins always have compatibility
   issues with Under construction or maintenance plugins. We will be implementing
   solutions for such issues in coming update releases.
 * Meantime, for users who have issues in logging in, You can forcefully disable
   the under construction plugin by logging into FTP, navigating to wp-contents/
   plugins and rename the Under construction plugin directory to something else,
   then try loading the website again and the plugin will automatically get disabled.
