# Problem with upload file

 * I am using the CF7 Conditional Fields plugins. It works nicely on CF7 in my site.
 * I have also installed another plugin called “Indeed Ultimate Membership Pro”,
   which is a membership management plugin.
 * Both of them work well actually without any major conflict.
    However, I found
   that the upload function of avatar in the member’s profile page of the “Indeed
   Ultimat Membersip Pro” failed, as shown in the video ([https://drive.google.com/file/d/1KJF6es_HFqiVsP4_Us0ieAHh132j1Ew3/view?usp=sharing](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1KJF6es_HFqiVsP4_Us0ieAHh132j1Ew3/view?usp=sharing))
 * I tested all plugins, as suggested by the support of “Indeed Ultimate Membership
   Pro”, and finally found that it crashes with “CF7 Conditional Fields”. That is,
   that upload function is normal when “CF7 Conditional Fields” is deactivated.
 * I would like to see if you have any hint on why they crash, as it seems that 
   the script of “CF7 Conditional Fields” affects that upload function, while CF7
   works normally.
    and most important, how to fix it…?

 * That’s weird. Since it’s a paid plugin I would like to suggest you to have the
   authors have a look. It’s just simpler for them to access my source code to test
   than the other way around 🙂
