Problem with UM and Learndash

I am creating online courses with Learndash and have facilitators registered through Ultimate Member. Both are not connected, none of the facilitators are course authors and I don’t use UM for enrolling in courses.

BUT I have a problem, when someone tries to register as a new user for a course with the Learndash form in the moment they click the Register button the are redirected to the page where facilitators can register with a UM form. I even changed the permalink and it did not change.

ONLY if I deactivate UM than it works well.

Anybody had same issue? Someone can help?

Hi! I’m having the same issue… after a click on the register button in the learndash pop-up registration form, you are redirected to the UM registration form, instead of the normal function…

Any ideas?

It still does not work.
I solved it so far by using WooCommerce products instead of directly selling from LearnDash, which is not my favorite way.

I also have the same issue when deleting an item from the WooCommerce cart, than the page reloads and jumps back to homepage.

Does Learndash assign the same Role as the UM Register form? If so, I think there’s a conflict with the role assignment in which UM overrides the redirection for all users with the Role that has the set redirection.

I haven’t tried using LearnDash with UM but would like to see how we can fix this conflict issue. Could you please contact me via our website so we can see the issue closer?

Hello!

I have solved the problem by not using the Learndash menu. It’s not really a solution, but I don’t have that problem anymore. The Learndash modal window is not very well solved, it has other problems too.

It’s a closed issue for me.

Don’t bother, I will change my membership plugin anyways. I really like ARmember and it’s working very well on another site. Had troubles with UM since the beginning. I hate the design and handling, and support is too slow.
