# Problem with translation

 * Hi,
 * at 6:20 you can see that after I sync the word “cancelled” then the word becomes
   yellow with a cloud icon and then if I click on the icon, the keyword “cancelled”
   translates but all before words return to the original language (6:50 min) ->
   English. Until 6:20 I just translated words.

 * It’s well documented on this forum that I don’t provide help with [translations not showing](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/translations-not-showing-4/).
   There are too many possible causes, and they can’t be diagnosed with screenshots
   and videos.
 * Read what the [Sync function](https://localise.biz/wordpress/plugin/manual/sync)
   does. Looking at your video, it’s not what you think. I plan to rename this to“
   Merge”, as I think your assumption is common.
 * The yellow/cloud icon means Fuzzy. See the note in the Sync documentation.
