Problem with translation

I see that your plugin have Russian language support. I see two files “smartcrawl-seo-ru_RU.po” and “smartcrawl-seo-ru_RU.mo” in my language folder, but in the site admin I can see only English language. I have another plugin “WP Smush” and there is no problem with it. What should I check to solve this issue? Thanks!
