    Hi! First of all I would like to thank you for such a beautiful and functional plugin. But I have a problem.I am using a theme Uncode. In case if I view the site in “Guest” mode, the ReviewX form is displayed. But if you view the site in admin mode, the form does not show. Only the comment field is displayed. There are no stars, nothing…

    We have tested the popular themes and made our plugin compatible with those themes. The review form should display for all logged-in users, admin, the guest user. I will check the ‘Uncode’ theme with ReviewX.

    I have tested the ‘Uncode’ theme with ReviewX latest version [ 1.3.1] and I could not replicate the issue you have said. Please check this.

    However, Can you please contact our support, so that we can get more information and investigate the scenario?

    Thank you for your test! This is very strange. But I have the problem all the same. I also recorded a video. I used Google Chrome in Incognito mode. First, I went to the page in guest mode (the form was displayed). Then I switched to admin mode. The form is no longer displayed. You can see it here.

    I also sent you two support requests (one with the wrong mail and one with the correct mail). But I didn’t get any response from your site. Sorry…

    Thanks for the video. Yes, on your side, there seems a problem. Ok, we can figure it out.

    From our support, the support team was replied to your query, but the email shows as not delivered as a reason of not correct domain, for your …@keys.ru mail.

    Can you please just contact again our support, if possible with your another email address.
