    Good day!
    I use the display of photos as basic compact album. When I open any gallery from an album, a menu is generated above it (homepage / current page), but when I click on the homepage, a page with the inscription “no images were found” opens, and if I press the back navigation button in the browser I get to the main page.
    Thank you in advance!

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @cabancho,

    Can you please let us know what album structure and eventually the shortcode that you have used in order to insert the album?

    You can get the textual shortcode by editing the “NextGen Gallery” module from the page as HTML.

    Thanks

    This code used in the page:

    <!-- wp:imagely/nextgen-gallery -->
    [ngg src="albums" ids="3" display="basic_compact_album"]
    <!-- /wp:imagely/nextgen-gallery -->

    Hi @cabancho,

    Thanks for providing with the shortcode. I just want to make sure that I have understood it well. So, can you please confirm that you are using 1 single album on the homepage that contains a couple of galleries?

    Yes, I use one single album with several galleries.

    Hi @cabancho,

    We may need to deactivate plugins and switch the theme while troubleshooting temporarily. Would you feel OK with that?. If so, please report this issue using this form: https://www.imagely.com/report-bug/. Be as specific as possible and let them know Mihai referred you.

    Note: do not forget to include this forum’s link.
    Many thanks!
