Problem with the Load More button

Hi, a strange thing happens to me.
I set the “Load more articles on the page via a button” settings and save the settings.
I update the settings page and notice that it has automatically changed to “Load other articles using the default theme operation mode”

Why? Depends on what?
In the past I had the “Easy Load More” plugin, but now I deleted it.
