Problem with the Admin are widgets

    I cant seem to open the sidebar widgets in the admin area, I dont have any arrows to open the things like post status (wich is what i want to open, im trying to use the sticky post plugin) if i disable javascript all the widgets are open but i can see the ‘make sticky’ checkbox. any ideas?
