Hello. There is a problem with the Ad Blocking section. The essence of the problem is that after setting the settings of the parameters (actions – pop-up notification, frequency of display – page views, and other parameters), when the ad blocker (Adblock, Adguard) is disabled, the pop-up notification is still displayed in any browsers. You can disable the pop-up notification only by selecting the Action – None function.

Do you have any ideas about this?

The plugin has been updated to the latest version. The problem is observed both in the simple version of the plugin and in the PRO version. Until today, such problems have not been observed.

I described the essence of the problem in detail in my first appeal, also in the title of the topic of my appeal there is a section of the problem in your plugin, both in the regular version and in the PRO version.

    I’m sorry I can’t reproduce any issue.

Until today, such problems have not been observed

Since the plugin didn’t change this indicates some issue with the website or somethign related to your environment. It is also possible that some scripts the plugin is using to detect ad blocking can’t be loaded in your country. Check the console for any errors. If this is the case you can disable individual checks:

For Ad Inserter Pro you can submit a support request via this form:

It turns out that it is necessary to guess the problem by brute force the occurrence of the problem? Does this method also work in the simple version of the plugin?

The problem for both a simple plugin and a PRO was to disable the dummy doubleclick.

Thanks for the feedback. This indicates that this script is not served to you / your country so it was considered to be blocked.
