# Problem With Test Emails

 * First I love your plugin and use it on so many websites. Not sure what’s going
   on with this domain and I keep re-adding it and no luck. I see the Mailgun Forbidden
   and over at Mailgun there is no reason why.
 * Versions:
    WordPress: 5.7.2 WordPress MS: No PHP: 7.4.11 WP Mail SMTP: 2.8.0
 * Params:
    Mailer: mailgun Constants: No Api Key / Domain: Yes
 * Debug:
    Mailer: Mailgun Forbidden

 * The forbidden error message means the incorrect API or you’ve limited the API
   access to a specific IPs/domains. You can check the [IP Allow list in Mailgun](https://help.mailgun.com/hc/en-us/articles/360012244474-IP-Allowlist).
