Problem with templates after upgrading from 2.7 to 2.7.1

    After upgrading from WordPress 2.7 to 2.7.1 (automatic upgrade) I lost all my templates. So I was left with the default WordPress templates.
    Is this normal for a upgrade?

    No, but if your templates are maintained in the WordPress Default theme folder (wp-content/themes/default) then if your template names are the same as the ones that are in the standard WordPress distribution, then Yes they would be overwritten.

    But since you did a backup before the upgrade you can always restore those files 😉
