 * hi, wonder if anyone can help me. I just installed new theme in my wp ( it written
   successfully installed ), but there’s additional note below it :

   style.css) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory
   in /home/memolink/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3598
 * Warning: fread(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home/memolink/
   public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3601
 * Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home/
   memolink/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3604
 * wonder anyone can tell me whtas wrong with the theme ..
