I have a problem with the taxonomy term name incorrect display. Actually it must show only a one language. But the problem I find is shown both 2 language. Like this [:th]คณาจารย์ประจำภาควิชา[:en]Staff[:]

Now I find only 1 problem, and the other part is normal.

    – qTranslateX vers. 3.4.6.8
    – WordPress 4.5.2

    I’m not good at English.

    Thank a lot.

It is probably an integration issue.

Thank you for advice. But I think it’s a problem from the plugin directly, or may be from the WordPress latest version. Because I followed all the advice and couldn’t solve the problem. Previously, it was fine.

You did not mention that it was fine before, and I misunderstood. We cannot help unless we can reproduce the problem. Give us a way to reproduce it. Read how other people troubleshoot the issues, there are some advices here: https://qtranslatexteam.wordpress.com/troubleshooting/, which you may follow. There are some cases reported with inconsistent term editing: https://github.com/qTranslate-Team/qtranslate-x/issues/366#issuecomment-218468272, which was addressed in the latest version, but the database may need to be cleaned. I hope this is not your case, but who knows, we need a lot more details before we can know.

    I,m sorry sir.

Thank you for your advice. My problem it same the comment https://github.com/qTranslate-Team/qtranslate-x/issues/366#issuecomment-218468272

I have cleaned up the database as you suggested. It does not help to resolve this issue. I try to create a new Tag by using qTranslate X latest version 3.4.6.9 this problem has been resolved. But I try to click to edit Tag and hit update, the problem still here.

Ok, then let me understand exactly.

    1. You use LSB Editor mode as can be checked on setting page /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=qtranslate-x&lang=en#advanced.
    2. You open one of tags to edit on page /wp-admin/term.php?taxonomy=post_tag&tag_ID=XXX
    3. You enter values for two languages like “TH” and “EN”, using LSB buttons to switch the languages. Save it. After saving you see the same values as you entered switching via LSB normally. Correct me if you do something else here.
    4. Then what? Which page do I go to see a problem?

Please, give us a complete set of instructions to reproduce. Thanks!

    2. If I deactivated qTranslate Slug. LSB button will be displayed and i update it the problem has been resolved.

And on my website needs to use qTranslate Slug there are other ways to solve this problem? QTranslate Slug owner and not the same QTranslate x?

    Thank a lot.

This issue has been resolved properly.

This problem is caused by a dispute between the qTranslate slug and WordPress yoast SEO plugin. if we install the qTranslate slug plugin. it will removed the WordPress default slug and make the WordPress Yoast SEO plugin can’t find the WordPress default slug, so it make error during on the execution of Javascript files it makes Qtranslate-X malfunction.

    How to solve this problem.
Go to the SEO menu and select sub-menu Titles & Metas. choose the Taxnonomy tabs moves down below to Taxonomy desired. then press hide Yoast SEO Meta Box. by looking at the picture below.
