Problem with tags and categories

    Hi,

    I have WP 5.3.2 version with lastest version Age Gate. When I try create article in more situation I don’t see categories and tags. Sometimes when I refresh I see it. I observed that is probably problem with Age Gate, because when I disable this plugin my problem was resolved.
    Could You help me?

    Hi @wolf69,

    I’m not able to replicate this. Can you give me a bit more info;

    • What post type is it, is it custom?
    • Are you using Gutenberg editor or classic?
    • What themes and plugins are also install?

    Hi @philsbury

    1) No, it’s custom post->Create new and I don’t have tags, and categories. I done ones more test and I observed that when I switched my WP to Polish language I have this problem, but when I have on English version, I don’t have it.

    Hi @wolf69,

    Thanks for the info, I’ll have a look into it and see what I can find.

    While I do, can you try classic editor just to see if it still happens? I think it might be javascript related but that’s just a guess at this point

    Yes, In Polish language and classic editor is better and it’s works I think always, but when I switched to guttenberg I have problem, next back to classic and I have categories and tags

    Hi @wolf69,

    I’ve setup a WP install with all those plugins and that theme (Except the premium one) and everyone is showing as expected. I’ve tried in Polish and English and all good. See this screenshot.

    Are there any errors in the JS console?

    Hi,

    Now it’s works but we changed server (for faster). Maybe server was problem. We will test website for few days and when we have a problem, we back to You.
