[resolved] Problem with submenus in Chrome (36 posts)

I have recently encounter a problem with showing my submenus in Chrome.
They don't expand unless I toggle the bottom sidebar on or off before I hover over the menu. Only then, it expands to show me the submenus.
    Weird, no?

Can you try deactivating all plugins to see if the issue persists?

Can you post a link to your site, so we can take a look at it.

    http://www.private.fsh.co.il/
it's in Hebrew so click on the 4th and 5th menu entry from the left which leads to:
    http://www.private.fsh.co.il/services/
    http://www.private.fsh.co.il/groups/running/
    thank you.

So on which page don't the submenus work properly?

    on all of them.
when you hover over the menus I have noted above, they have sub menus that should open and doesn't.
when you toggle on/off the bottom widget and then hover over these menus, the submenus suddenly appear.

I can't experience your issue with that browser & browser version when I mouse-over the menu items.

Are you using your mouse? The submenus don't show up when you use the keyboard, are you using your keyboard instead?

Yes, but I could be looking at the wrong menu.

Could you link us to a screenshot highlighting the menu?

if you got any one of them to show than it's working for you.
on my end, none of the sub-menus open and it happens only on Chrome but in more than one computer.

All of those are working for me http://snag.gy/cnjiZ.jpg .

Can you try clearing your browser's cache just to make sure you're not seeing an old version of the site?

this is still not resolved. the top sub-menus only open after I toggle the bottom widget area link and this is happening only in Chrome.
    anyone has any idea why?
    thank you.

    I don't understand it.

Could you write down how you are triggering the issue, so that I could have a better chance at recreating it?

take a look at this screen capture clip:
    http://www.screenr.com/ZgYH
(the clip begins with the sub-menus working after I toggled the sidebar-link but then it stops working until I toggle it again).

Have you tried deactivating your plugins to see if any are causing that?

They work fine for me in Chrome. Have you reinstalled Chrome?

Can you try deactivating all addons you have in Chrome to explore whether any could be responsible?
