Problem with styling subscription forms

    Dear Support team,

    I have downloaded the MailPoet plugin and was trying to create a subscription form, but every time I click on the style option, I get this error message:

    So, I am not able to style the form. I’ve tried all the template forms as well as the new blank form, but the problem is the same.

    Below is the system info, in case it helps.

    Dear Dani,

    Thanks for getting back to me. This is the error message I get whenever I click on the style option when I want to customize a form.

    I’ve tried re-installing the plugin and deactivating all other plugins but nothing helps.

    Grateful for any assistance you may provide.

    Hi @suzana75,

    We’ve had a problem with listing and editing forms in previous versions if any of your form had malformed data or missing settings. However, it’s been fixed on version 4.7.0, so please make sure you’re using the latest version of the plugin and confirm the issue persists.

    If it does, I’d assume it’s a plugin or theme conflict. In this case, could you please switch your theme to a default one (Twenty Twenty) and disable all your plugins and see if MailPoet works?

    If it does work, enable your theme and all your other plugins one after the other until MailPoet breaks again. You’ll be able to tell us what’s at fault.

    Thanks Bruna for the information. I followed the guidelines and it seems that there is a conflict with my theme. I will see with them whether the issue can be fixed.
