Hi… love the plugin. But I am seeing an issue with the placement of the sticky header.

All is fine when users are not logged in.

Logged in users on my site see the WP admin bar across the top of the screen. Mobile Menu is supposed to allow for this. What I am seeing is that its sticky menu bar is not positioned correctly and it leaves, in my case, a grey area between the bar and the start of the page content proper.

This happens with Mobile Menu as the only plugin active and with a default theme of Twenty Seventeen, so you should be able to reproduce it.

Starting with a wide screen, as you progressively narrow it, I observe the following:

    1. Mobile menu cuts in, removing my site branding and the menu tabs (which are now accessed via the new slide out menu. The Admin bar still has labels with its icons.
    2. As the page is narrowed further, the Admin bar switches to icons only, which takes more vertical space and the page content drops, while the Mobile Menu title bar does not. This leaves extra space below the title bar. On the Twenty Seventeen theme this is black and does not appear to do harm, but on my theme it is grey instead of white.
    3. As you narrow the page further, this extra space disappears and the content jumps up and that extra space disappears.

So it seems that at stage 2 above, something is amiss. I think it is to do with the <div>mobmenul-container</div> or class mob-menu-logo-holder but have been unable to nail it further.

My iPad and iPhone (and no doubt those of my users) happen to display as per 2 above and hence see this band where there should be none.
The other clue is that if I scroll the page content so that the sticky header does its thing, the space left for it between the menu bar and the start of the page content is deeper than the height of the title bar.

I realise the problem is a nuisance to me because of my theme ‘Attitude’ but the issue is there with TwentySeventeen – it is just not obvious because both regions are black – but you do see the page content jump up as the screen moves from (2) to (3) above.

I hope you can nail this. Thanks for the great work.
