    Dear Sir or Madam,

    I need help with my Jetpack-Plugin. I really enjoyed working with this plugin and it worked well so far. But today I got some kind of a “stats-reset”.

    Today I logged myself in on my website. Apparently I was not connected with my Jetpack Account. After I tried to reconnect I saw that they resetted all my stats.

    On WordPress.com I can still see my stats in details -> e.g. which article was clicked the most. (Here is a Picture https://ibb.co/6XHkhF0). But when I login to my Jetpack now, the plugin has deleted all stats… (https://ibb.co/BV6Y8zT).

    In addition to that I needed to reconnect with my twitter-account.

    Maybe there is a possibility to get my stats back in Jetpack? If you need to contact me via email, than write a comment e.g.!

    If you could help me, it would make my day so much greater. And it would be great to get help fast, because I need to know this stats :/ Thanks for your help.

    And there is a error shown on wordpress.com, but the computer can´t find any problems ?

    Hi @tsnrwhs,

    This is a relatively common issue, especially if you originally connected Jetpack while you were still using a staging URL. The good news is that we should be able to find your historical stats in our system, but we need your site’s URL in order to do that.

    Could you please post your site URL here, so we can work on this for you?

    Hey @tsnrwhs,

    Thanks for that. Looks like you’d originally connected Jetpack using a /wordpress/ subdirectory in your URL. I was able to find the stats associated with the original Jetpack connection, and I merged them into your new one.
