    Hello everyone,
I am a first time user of woocommerce and I am running into an issue. On my website I have several product categories, all on different pages. On these individual category pages, I would like to have a sidebar that allows to filter products within the category. I turned to woocommerce to do this, however the sidebar only shows up on the page I selected as my “shop page” instead of all of my category pages. Is it possible to have several shop pages? Alternatively, is there a way for me to add the woocommerce sidebar to my other category pages also? Can I make several different sidebars with woocommerce? Thank you in advance!

Hi, I have no problem finding the widget area, my problem lies in my inability to create several different sidebar widgets using the woocommerce plug in and the fact that the sidebar doesn’t display properly and I get the error message: “Cannot read property ‘id’ of undefined”

Kindly try to add the widgets through Customize → Widgets then check if they appear on the Category page.

Well, you can only define one page as your shop page. However, you can also add the products shortcodes to any other page to make it show products as you desire: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/

I get the error message: “Cannot read property ‘id’ of undefined”

Also, could you share with us a screenshot of where this error appears:Cannot read property ‘id’ of undefined?

    Thanks.

    Hi,
We’ve not heard back from you in a while, so we were checking whether you were able to make some headway with the issue, especially the error you’d mentioned above.

    Kindly update us.

    Thanks.
