    When I say edit, I mean go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping. Hover over the shipping zone, and click Edit. Then take a screenshot of that page, and paste the link in your reply here.

    Hi there,

    It sounds like there might be a theme or plugin conflict going on. Have you tested with a default theme, like Storefront, to see if either option is selectable at that point? If not, then you could further troubleshoot by deactivating all plugins, except for WooCommerce, to see if that resolves the issue. If it does, then you’d need to slowly re-enable features, one at a time, until you are able to find a culprit. Of course, please make sure your site is backed up first, and you could always use a plugin like Health Check to test without interrupting the front end of the live site: https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/

    If this doesn’t help, would you mind copying and pasting your System Status Report into this thread so that we can check for any red flags there? You can find this by going to WooCommerce > Status > System Status > Get System Report in your WP-Admin dashboard.
