Problem with “set time limit”

    How do I fix the below message. I get this message when I download Elementor.

    Warning: set_time_limit(): Cannot set max execution time limit due to system policy in /customers/3/b/2/oldestrik.dk/httpd.www/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-upgrader.php on line 471
