• Hello,

I am on Bluehost. my site is made with Genesis using the PrettyChic theme I made a huge mistake in trying to use the new Mailchimp popup screen on my site for newsleter subscriptions. In order to inject it, I used the plugin Header and Footer . BIG mistake!

It worked horribly on the mobile sites, it will not let a user remove it. I deleted the script off the plugin and then deleted the plugin.

however, mobile sites still get the popup.

When I use Chrome Inspect Elements, I find this is still generated in the pages at the top in the section of the body tages that all the scripts are defined:

    <script type="text/javascript" charset="utf-8" src="//s3.amazonaws.com/downloads.mailchimp.com/js/signup-forms/popup/1.0/popup.js"></script>

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//s3.amazonaws.com/downloads.mailchimp.com/js/signup-forms/popup/embed.js" data-dojo-config="usePlainJson: true, isDebug: false"></script>

I am a novice to this but I know that is what is causing the issue. hopw on earth do I find where this is coming from. I have deleted all the cached pages. Looked at all the style sheets, index files… I am at a loss. Daily I am getting email from mobile users that they cannot see my pages.

My website is http://www.krwknitwear.com try it desktop and mobile and you will see what I mean.

    HELP!!!!

    Karen
