• Hi,

Users on my site are experiencing issues when saving properties.
Via Google Analytics, I can see they have clicked “save”, but the property is not saved. Sometimes, they have clicked “save” multiple times and waited for minutes.
When saving a property, the webserver log normally shows the following HTTP request: “POST …..es-page=new-property”.
When the “save” button doesnt work, the above HTTP request is not seen in the werbserver log.
Also, when the “save” button does not work, I see this HTTP request: POST /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
However, I dont know if that explains anything.

I have not been able to reproduce the issue with saving properties myself. The closest I have come, is to create a property with many images, and when saving it, the loading time is long, so I have time to click “save” multiple times, before saving is completed.
This resulted in the same property being saved multiple times (i.e. as multiple properties). However, it was still saved.

Any suggestion for what might be preventing the “save” button from working properly?

    Hi,

Please check for any possible conflicts with other plugins. You can do that by deactivating all other plugins step by step and check if this feature works ok or it still has issues.

Make sure that you have the latest version installed – 4.0.6

If it doesn’t help, please contact us.

    Thanks for the reply.

I suspect the issue is related to the files in the users medialibrary.

A user had issues saving a property on separate devices. The only constant across the devices were the images already added to the media library. Other property data had not been saved.

Do you know of any restrictions in the use of the medialibrary? E.g. can the amount of images in the users medialibrary impact saving of the property? Or can certain file types cause issues?
