# Problem with resetting password – wrong link

 * Hello,
    Links for reset password generated by the plugin are not working because‘
   >’ sign is concatenated at the end of the link, for example: [https://nauczycielwf.pl/resetpass/?key=somekey&login=someuser%3E](https://nauczycielwf.pl/resetpass/?key=somekey&login=someuser%3E)
 * Could you please help me to solve this issue?

 * This has been a problem for me also. The password reset link appears to break
   if the username contains a space.

 * Issue resolved. This is due to HTML mail plugin as outlined here:
