# Problem with renewals

 * I have YITH WooCommerce Subscription Premium and connected with RedSys and PayPal
   and the first payment of a subscription makes it perfect and marks it as COMPLETED,
   but later when renewing it marks it as PROCESSING.
 * If the recurring payment is once a month, and for example the user pays on June
   23, until I as an administrator change it to COMPLETED, the month is not counted
   again to make the payment again. This is normal? How can I fix this so that the
   renewal payments are also marked as COMPLETED and not just the first registration
   payment?

 * Hello,
 * I have that problem with the free version. As you can see in the screenshot [https://prnt.sc/DuuZiEddSHBy](https://prnt.sc/DuuZiEddSHBy),
   I have everything OK, but the recurring payment doesn’t happen.
 * I’m using Stripe gateway from WooCommerce.
 * Is there something I’m missing?
