# Problem with registration form

 * Hello,
 * I use WP-SpamShield Anti-Spam Plugin for a long time and I am very happy and 
   it’s really great plugin !!! But now I discovered one small problem that I can
   not solve, and that after installing WP-SpamShield Anti-Spam in my registration
   form and the Name, Lastname etc. (see picture [http://prntscr.com/bdy198](http://prntscr.com/bdy198))
   when it disables these items are not there. How do I disable it? Unfortunately,
   I have a problem with compactability at another plugin – Login with Ajax.

 * I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re having. Thank you! We’re glad you like

 * We have found a bug in 1.9.8.5 that we are currently fixing. It’s most likely
   what’s causing the problem and we will have a new release out today with the 
   fix. It affects certain AJAX requests, so that would make sense if there is an
   issue between the two plugins. We’ll do some testing with the Login with Ajax
   plugin to confirm.
 * However, it is possible that this isn’t the issue, and that there is a more specific
   conflict on your site.
 * We will be happy to help you out. You will need to take the following steps:
    1. **The [Troubleshooting Guide](http://www.redsandmarketing.com/plugins/wp-spamshield/troubleshooting-guide/)
       and [FAQs](http://www.redsandmarketing.com/plugins/wp-spamshield/faqs/) are 
       the place to start.**
    2. Please take a few minutes to work through these, as _they solve over 90% of 
       issues users have_. (Please be sure to _follow all the steps, not just read 
       through them_.)
    3. Once you have gone through the Troubleshooting Guide and FAQs, if that doesn’t
       solve the issue, we’ll need a bit more info from you on the specifics, and we’ll
       need to email back and forth, so you should move on to the next step.
    4. **Submit a support request at the [WP-SpamShield Support Form](http://www.redsandmarketing.com/plugins/wp-spamshield/support/),
       our main support channel for the plugin.** We have an excellent diagnostic process.

 * Hi Scott,
 * Unfortunately, the problem about which I wrote them even after today’s update.
   Still, after installing and activating the plugin WP-SpamShield Anti-Spam comes
   to the fact that the registration form, these are also the Name, Lastname and
   Nick, which is bad, and it means that I can use WP-SpamShield. And it has a connection
   with other plugins, you’ve authentication turned off and when I look at /wp-login.
   php?action=register so there are those extra items.
 * I wanted to look at the link you wrote (Troubleshooting Guide, FAQs), but I [http://www.redsandmarketing.com](http://www.redsandmarketing.com)
   page displays the error 503 Service Unavailable, and so I write here again.

 * Hi Azifaral,
 * If you got an error message when you visited the site, it may have been that 
   the site was running maintenance of that the firewall put a temporary block due
   to some bad network activity in your area recently. We have the site monitored
   externally for downtime, and don’t have any record of it being down. Either way,
   I’ve reset it so you shouldn’t have any issue.
 * Please retry the FAQs and Troubleshooting Guide, and we’ll be happy to help you
   out.
