# Problem with refresh

* We have problem with refresh, manual or with cron.
The changes I make doesn’t
affect the feed when I try to manually refresh it. we need to copy the feed and
then run it for first time so the changes take place

* Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. When your feed is not refreshing
changes are big there is an issue with your WP-cron. Changes are you disabled

* The cron is also being used for manual refreshes. Our plugin processes your products
in small batches in order not to cause a too high load on your webserver which
could negatively impact your website speed. These batches are triggered by the
WP-cron so it could definitely also have impact on feeds that are being refreshed
manually.
* Also, when it is not the WP-cron there might be other reasons such as your webserver/
hosting configurations being limited on CPU usage or execution times. In that
case you should be able to find error lines in your WooCommerce fatal error logs

of the issue at hand but it shows you are on a pretty old version of WooCommerce(
4.2.2) whereas our plugin starts supporting as of version 4.4 and higher:
