# Problem with receiving domain key

 * **_There was a problem with retrieving your Domain Key. Please click the `Waiting
   for Approval` button to retry._**
 * **_There are two reasons why we might not be able to communicate with your domain:_**
 * **_1) The POST callback to `https://abcd.com/wp-json/litespeed/v1/token` failed._**
 * **_2) Our Current Online Server IPs was not allowlisted._**
 * **_Please verify that your other plugins are not blocking REST API calls, allowlist
   our server IPs, or contact your server admin for assistance.:_**
 * After this I have make CF security to low & bot fight which is already disabled.
 * Again when I tried to received domain key then again this same error arise
   After
   this I also allow all this IP [https://quic.cloud/ips](https://quic.cloud/ips)
   from CF > security > WAF > tools

   I saw your other post about the debug settings and
   the logs but after requesting the domain key again, I see no logs.I sent report
   number: **FUVZMLDJ**I really hope you can help me.

 * Right now I totally shifted to another catch plugin. Now a day litespeed totally
   sucks also their support toomuch bad.
