# Problem with recapcha

    I have a problem with recapcha on some web browsers: IE, Edge 
   and samsung mobile.
 * On Chrome and FF is Ok.
 * When is problem I get such message:
    “Copy this code and paste it in the empty
   box below” but even I did it nothing happened.

   please go to the page you downloaded it from for support.

 * you are right, but I can’t solve this problem, and I use recaptcha in my web

    I use wpforms-container and my version recaptcha is recaptcha__pl.

 * You will need to get support from the plugin’s developer. That is not a WordPress
   issue.

   know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced
   your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer.

    thank you, but wpforms support requires login account, and probably
   is only for pay version.

   order to use it.
