Problem with Protect

    Hello,

    one of my colleagues has inadvertently used the wrong wpadmin password for three-four times and now our IP is completely blocked for 72 hours. I have entered our IP in Protect to whitelist it and even deactivated the Protect plugin of Jetpack, but we are still blocked. How can we do?
