I have some products that are not synchronized in the catalog, I have performed the procedure removing from the sync and deleting from the catalog, but these products are still displayed on facebook. * I also permanently deleted some products from the site, before doing so I had excluded the products from synchronization but some are still displayed on facebook, and they cannot be manually removed from the facebook catalog because it is closely linked to woocommerce. * I contacted facebook support and this was their response:after a thorough check with our internal department and after having exhausted all possible checks of the situation you are experiencing, I can confirm the following information: * – the loading of the products takes place only through the WooCommerce platform. Let me explain better, Facebook (Meta) right now works as if it were a mirror, what you see on WooCommerce, is reproduced on Facebook (Meta). Any changes you make on Facebook are then overwritten with the data on WooCommerce. In this case, in order to solve it, we suggest you delete the desired products, right on WooCommerce and re-synchronize the Catalog on Facebook.
