# Problem with products sync

 * Hello,
    I’m having issues with products that I have set to “show only in search
   results”. They don’t sync to Facebook, even though in every variation it’s set
   to “sync and show in catalog”.
 * How can I solve the issue?

 * It’s likely best to remove all products from Facebook using the “Delete from 
   Facebook” option within WooCommerce on the Edit Product page.
 * This will ensure whatever data was synced for this product is removed, allowing
   for you to resync the individual product again with the correct configuration.
 * If you have so many products and don’t want to do this for each product, you 
   can use the snippet here for help deleting all products from Facebook for all
   products:

 * Hello John,
    thank for your reply. I don’t have the option to “Delete from Facebook”
   for those products. In the Facebook section it’s written “This product is not
   yet synced to Facebook.”.
 * From what I can see, products which are visibile to both the shop page and the
   search result get synced, while those that I put visibility as “Search results
   only” don’t.
 * Can it be related to the plugin’s code?

 * Hey there,
 * Thank you for those details! Could you please share a copy of your site’s System
   Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” 
   and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
 * Additionally, can you link to the product on the front end site so we can have
   a closer look?

 * I understand and fully respect that.
 * Could you double-check if you have more than one catalogs on Facebook? Sometimes
   this is the issue. So actually, the sync is done to a different catalog.
 * You can visit this page when you’re logged in to Facebook to check: [https://business.facebook.com/settings/product-catalogs/](https://business.facebook.com/settings/product-catalogs/)
 * If there is more than one catalog, you can remove the one that is not synced 
   to WooCommerce. Also you can check if the [product](https://hopy-shop.it/prodotto/abito-fantasia-animalier/)
   in question is synced in one of the catalogs

   only one catalogue attached to the website and the item is within that catalogue.
 * Can it be a coding problem that when a product isn’t set to “show in catalogue
   and search results” than the plugin excludes it from Facebook sync?

 * That is possible, if you set it to `show in Catalog and Search Results` and change
   the catalog in question/remove the others, then re-sync, does the issue abate?
