# Problem with posts

 * IM having a problem on my site ( [http://www.maphost.org](http://www.maphost.org))
 * The post i make with links to download a file work fine when you view it on the
   home page but if you go into the actual post where you can comment etc the links
   are gone as well as the format.
 * How can i fix this? It only happens with custom themes

 * Hey yeah i can see the links there. But if you click “counter strike maps” in
   the categories you will not

 * Now we are talking about two [2] different things!
    Timwe to do some reading 
   and learn the tool you are using. If you click on a category name, then you DON’T
   go to the “actual post” as you stated in your first post. Any Wp user would assume
   that the “actual post” means the single post view.
 * When you click on a category name, you see a category archive or list… and NO,
   you can NOT comment there, only on single post view.

   to be links in there to?

 * Sorry but i still do not get how i am going allow links to be displayed in there.
   I read a bit about the tags and i tried but i dont really know where to put the
   code.

 * Go back and read it again. And again, until you get it.
 * **HTML tags and graphics are stripped from the excerpt…**
    Links are html tags.
