Problem with plugin version 4.5.1

    Hello 🙂 and thank you for this great plugin,

    I had problems with previous versions of the plugin to load properly webp images+problems in some /wp-admin areas.
    You can also see the conversation here.

    Version 4.4.0 is working fine for me. After i have updated to version 4.5.1 it seems that i couldn’t get to view webp images in the front end again.

    I have added add_filter( ‘webpc_htaccess_mod_rewrite_inherit’, ‘__return_false’ ); and click save changes in wp-admin/options-general.php?page=webpc_admin_page then i could see them, but still i am getting errors in my /wp-admin

    Console error
    The resource from “https://www.mydomain.com/plugins/plugin-name/vendor/datatables/media/css/jquery.datatables.min.css?ver=5.9.3” was blocked due to non MIME type match (‘text/html’) (X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff).

    I believe something is not correct in my .htaccess file.
    Any ideas?

    Thank you for your feedback.
    What i did and looks like it worked->
    I’ve rolled back to Version 4.4.0, then i added webpc_htaccess_mod_rewrite_inherit filter (functions.php) and then i’ve updated back to version 4.5.1. Now it seems i am not getting any non MIME type match (‘text/html’) errors in the /admin. And it works as expected. I didn’t try to deactivate the plugin because i am on a live site.

    I am not really sure if the problems are actually getting fixed because of the filter. I am on a lightspeed server also (if this has any importance).

    @honoluluman Where did you add this filter? In what file exactly?

    I added add_filter( 'webpc_htaccess_mod_rewrite_inherit', '__return_false' ); in my functions.php on my child theme.
