# Problem with plugin

    I’ve got a problem with Simple Lightbox on one of our websites. It simply
   not working. Tryed to use both plugin and just jquery etc. Nothing.
 * I bet its theme problem. We’re using Woostify but it’s edited by us.
 * Can someone help ?

 * Hi, there do not appear to be any image links on the page you provided. Without
   links, there is nothing for visitors to click on and launch the lightbox.

 * If you are still experiencing this issue after adding image links to the page,
   please provide an updated link and I would be glad to reopen this ticket and

 * Hi, SLB has been tested with the Woostify theme, and no issues were found. As
   you noted that the theme was modified, confirming that the modified theme meets
   [SLB’s theme requirements](https://github.com/archetyped/simple-lightbox/wiki/Requirements#theme)
   is recommended.
 * If you can provide details on the modifications made to the theme, as well as
   the theme template file used for the page you provided a link to, I would be 
   glad to take a closer look.

 * Note: Updating the site’s configuration to remove the `index.php` from the URL
   is also recommended as that is not common and may cause some unexpected behavior.

    Sorry that i didnt reply, havent seen Your previous message.
   But you remind me of that and found solution in like one minute.. i had mistake
   in html code, simple thing but didnt saw it before. So thanks for reminder, sorry
   again that i didnt reply and best regards 🙂
