Problem with petition. All dissapear

    Hello. We have an issue with our page. The day 2 of april we had more than 500 petitioneers that fill the form and suddenly the next day all dissapear. Only left 43.

    Somebody can explain us or to guide us to solve or recover the petitions of the campaign? thanks

    Thanks for your message. There is nothing in the plugin that would cause that. The plugin has thousands and thousands of users for about 15 years or more and this is the first I have heard of it happening.

    Is there only 43 signatures when you look in the dashboard? Have you looked directly in the database using something like phpMyAdmin to see if they are still there? Have any other parts of your site been affected?

    Hopefully you have weekly backups of your site, you could look through them to see when this happened. Assuming you do have a backup, the way to resolve this would be to export the dk_speakout_signatures table so you have the latest signatures. Then restore the backup of the table with 500 signatures, then import the 43 signatures.
