# Problem with permissions

 * Whenever we try and checkout as a guest we get the following message posted on
   screen
 * **“You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” **
 * The System Information is as follows:

   > Child Theme: ✕ – If you’re modifying Jigoshop or a parent theme you didn’t

 * See if checkout page is not set as private, also update your permalinks –
    Settings-
   > Permalinks.
