* Please go to my website [http://www.mikesmoneysecrets.com](http://www.mikesmoneysecrets.com)
Click on HELLO WORLD You will see
“Not Found The requested URL /hello-world/
was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered
while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Apache/2.2.11 (Unix)
mod_ssl/2.2.11 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 mod_bwlimited/1.4 PHP/5.2.9 Server at
[http://www.mikesmoneysecrets.com](http://www.mikesmoneysecrets.com) Port 80″
* I went into permalink and did what you said in the Custom Structure. I typed
in /%postname%/
If I use any of the other links everything works fine. Go Daddy
is where I host my domain names. What do I need to do to correct this problem?
* I’m thinking I have a permition issue. One of the responces I got was
[quote
=”mike7130″]
I had the same problem. When I ran npp plugin.
There was some code at the bottom of the page. I had to change the permission
to make it writable.. That fixed it. Check the files have the correct permissions.[/
quote]
* **I agree, I’m starting to think I’m having a permissions issue also.
I went
to the npp plugin did a right click like you said. It opened the the box with
the permission box in it. What number did you use? 766 dose not work.
* Another qustion. For those of you who have this same problem, Who hosts your
domain names? I have Go Daddy host my domain names.
* Thanks
Mike

* if 766 doesn’t work, use 777 on your .htaccess file. Redo your permalinks settings.
the change shoudl take. If it does, change the .htaccess permissiosn BACK to
644. (DON’T leave it at 777!)
* Alternatively, just copy the gunk that shows up and paste it into your .htaccess
file and upload it. (thats’ the safer method.)
