Thank’s for your help. I can’t managed to put an image in this editor ! I insert a image block but it said that uploading images is disabled ! Is there any other method to send you screenshot ?
The problem is customer has to paid 30% of the price of the room to book it. So the payment on PayPal is working fine, but after paying, the customer come back to my website, and the plugin wp Hotelier should write that 30% has already been paid, and there is just 70% to be paid later. But in my case, it is indicated that 0€ has been paid !

It seems that PayPal Sandbox has stopped working. For some reason is not triggering IPN events so WP Hotelier is not receiving the payment confirmation from PayPal. I see the fees reduced correctly on my Sandbox account. But there are no events.
I think that this problem is limited to sandbox accounts. I have already opened a ticket to PayPal so I’m working on it.
Unfortunately, there’s nothing I can do on my end. We need to wait for a response. This is a PayPal issue.

Yes, it should be a problem limited to PayPal Sandbox. I’m still waiting for a response from their developers.

Just still a small issue, when I came back on my website after PayPal, your plugin says Booking confirmed but the ligne Deposit was still zero ! I had to refresh the page (F5) to get on the deposit line 30€ (the deposit amount). Is that correct ?

I noticed the same the first time. But the second time, the deposit was correct (I didn’t need to refresh the page). Unfortunately, I confirm that PayPal didn’t automatically redirect me to the website (like it should).
I think that you shouldn’t have any of these issues on live transactions. And in any case, there’s nothing I can do because it all depends on PayPal.
