Problem with password

    Hello
    Everything seems to be going quite well except that when the user tries to download the pdf a password is required. I have looked in the export data area and tried to remove the password but the export button is inactive. Also I am confused about the function of the dataset identifiers.. Do I need to choose one, what do they mean?

    Your help would be greatly appreciated – I am using free forminator and free e2pdf at this stage.

    Hi,

    It looks like you set some “password” on E2Pdf Template which is used to protect PDFs: https://ibb.co/Fnm1ZpL

    As about “E2Pdf” -> “Export”, “Select Dataset to export” – means Forminator submitted entry for which it must be generated PDF so unless you choose needed entry “Export” button will remain inactive.
