Problem With OPERA MINI

    Hello.

    The plugin’s having conflicts with Opera Mini I guess. Most probably with the JS. In the [adverts_add] page, the field for adding images is not working and clicking on ‘browse images’ is just reloading the page. I’m facing similar problems with some other parts like the ‘Show Contact Information’ in the single ads page.

    Is there any way these problems can be solved. Please help. Any help is appreciated. Thanks a lot.

    Hi, hmm can you replicate this issue on the demo site? I installed Opera Mini on my smartphone but the file upload field seems to be working fine for me?

    Also can you share your website URL?

    I don’t know why it isn’t working for me..

    Also the category selection field is appearing as a text field. Please help.

    Haven’t checked the demo site yet. Will be checking it now.

    I’ve checked the demo site too. But I’m encountering the same problems.
    Is there any probable fix to this ?

    In includes/gallery.php,
    Is there any way not using the

    <a href="#" id="adverts-plupload-browse-button" class="adverts-button" style="z-index: 1;">browse files ...</a>

    This is causing the OPERA MINI browser to reload.

    Is there any way to use the <input type="file"> directly ?

    Please help!

    If the drop images functionality won’t let me use <input type="file">, I don’t even need drop images. Please help.

    I don’t want anything complicated except just the <input type="file"> in includes/gallery.php.

    But I can’t sort out how can I change it.

    Can you please help me ? PLease.

    I am afraid the gallery will not work with simple file upload, as the Preview step (to which the form is sent) cannot handle file uploads, the file needs to be uploaded into gallery field.

    That being said i cannot replicate your issue neither on the demo nor on your site, maybe you are just using old Andorid or Opera version?

    I’ve tried this with Android Marshmallow and the latest Opera Mini version. No success. By the way thanks for looking into this. If you can help me anyway with this, please let me know. Thanks.
