• I am contacting you here on behalf of a friend who has a PRO version of this plugin but could not reach you on WooCommerce support website (She gets this message when she submits a ticket: “System Status Report is invalid or unsupported”

Her site (the link available here) accepts Paypal and CC payment. Normally when she sells a tour the customer and the company get notifications. But after updating the Redsys plugin (PRO version) to the latest version she does not receive notifications any more. Notifications work with other types of payments, so it is clear something in Redsys plugin is not set up correctly, or the latest version of the plugin does not work with notifications for some reason. Would you please help us with this issue?

    Hi,

Is he adding the system Status Report at WooCommerce.com?

In any way, I think the problem is that the certificate is SNI.

Please, try again with the WooCommerc.com support system adding the correct System Status Report.

The plugin works fine, so something changed on the server or WordPress (maybe the certificate, new plugins, etc).

“adding the correct System Status Report”? There is no “System Status Report” there for me to add anything. The Woocommerce ticketing system has a problem not me. I fill out the form and submit it but the message is not sent.

Please let me know how I can contact you in a different way. WooCommerce site does not work and I do not have any other way to contact WooCommerce (they do not provide a chat or phone service.) This is really urgent. The site does not send any notifications to the customers.
