    Hi All,

When I am logged in to my blog as an admin I can subscribe to my own blog without any problems.

Every time when I log out and try to subscribe using the form as a normal user, I see the following error: “An error has happened while performing a request, please try again later”.

Therefore noone can subscribe, only me.

    Server details:

    PHP version: 8.2.15
    MailPoet Free version: 4.42.0
    WordPress version: 6.4.2
    Database version: 8.0.35-0ubuntu0.22.04.1
    Web server: Apache/2.4.58 (Ubuntu)

    Jquery: 3.7.1

I am also using cloudflare with some managed challange WAF rules for wp-admin and ajax areas.

    Please advise

    Hey @nabosnyi,

I just visited your site homepage and I can confirm the error you mentioned above.

The first step to take, would be to check if there are any conflicts with other plugins or themes that might be affecting the MailPoet form’s functionality. You can try disabling all other plugins and switching to a default theme to see if this resolves the issue. If it does, then you can activate the plugins and theme one by one to identify the conflicting ones.

Here’s a guide to help with this: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/204-how-to-test-for-plugins-conflict

Let us know how it goes.

    Hi @battouly,

Thanks for your message. I have tried to troubleshoot it – I couldn’t find the issue.

Also, as I mentioned the issue happens when i’m logged out (so as a regular user). When I’m logged as an administrator the mailpoet form works.

Do you have any other suggestions?

    Thanks.

    I solved it.

In cloudflare WAF and CF Access I had wp-admin blocked / behind managed challenge which was blocking the form. I switched off the rules.
