Hello,

Cpanel updated and mysql version 10.3 is deprecated and mysql version 10.6 install automatically.

Latest version is not compatible with this mysql version and it brings down the whole server

Hello,

MySQL is not on v10, i assume you mean something else, the problem is that it could be a few things you are referring to, can you please clarify? Who is your host? If you need further quick help please open a ticket here with subject “FAO: Stiofan” https://wpgetpaid.com/contact-form/
