• I have two questions for you about the plugin:
1). it is possible to integrate the form into a page via shortcode instead using widgets?
2). I used the plugin in three sites without problems, but I had trouble if I use the plugin in a multisite, especially in sub sites created, and works well in the main site

    What to do?

Hi weblogoscom, sorry for the late reply.
    1) Can you please provide more details about the use case that you would implement by using shortcodes? It is likely that we don’t support them yet, but we could consider a future enhancement if we properly understand why using shortcodes for WP-MailUp widget could be an interesting new feature.

    2) Only one plugin instance is allowed per WP site, but If your goal is to have more than one subscription form please also consider the subscription forms that can be easily created using MailUp form builder (docs).
You can build as many forms as you want and link them from your site (if you want MailUp to host them) or you can get the code and embed it into your site (more programming skills may be required).

    Hope this helps
